WAVES is a music blog curated by Omer Shapira and Aviad Levy, the man behind The Hungry iPod (Hebrew). The blog focuses on Chillwave, Witchhouse and other genres that mix Indie and World Music.
The blog was designed to encapsulate many of the elements in the genre: symbols related to the sea and surfing, graphics inspired by early 90s video game aesthetic, and minimalism.
